Three packages, perpetual licence, unlimited clients. We publish our prices because most vendors in this market do not — you should be able to shortlist before requesting a quote.

The lower end of each band covers a single site with standard commissioning; the upper end covers multiple sites and custom screen design. Prices exclude VAT.
Maintenance and support
Maintenance is optional; the software keeps running without it. What it buys is version upgrades — we do not charge extra for skipping a release.

For comparison: Ignition BasicCare 16% / TotalCare 20% / PriorityCare 24%, Tatsoft 20%. Ignition charges 65% of retail to upgrade after lapsed support; we have no such line item.
Cloud hosting (monthly)
For buyers who cannot fund an upfront licence. It overtakes the perpetual licence at roughly 30 months — we are not hiding that; long term, perpetual is cheaper.

Three-year total cost — 1,500 tags, single server
Licence plus three years of maintenance. Engineering, hardware and commissioning are excluded because they are comparable across all of these.

The Ignition row is a realistic single-server entry configuration (Platform USD 1,200 + Perspective USD 11,225); adding the Historian and Alarm Management modules increases it. FrameworX is our closest positional competitor and publishes its prices — we are not hiding that. Advantech, Mikrodev and 2Win are excluded because they do not publish prices.
Frequently asked
Does the licence cost rise with tag count?
No. Tags, clients and screens are unlimited in the Plant and Critical Plant packages. Tag-tiered licences such as Advantech and WinCC PowerTags bill more as you scale; ours does not.
What happens if I do not buy maintenance?
The software keeps running — the licence is perpetual. You simply lose access to new versions and priority support. There is no penalty for resuming maintenance later.
Is source code provided?
Not in the standard package. Source code escrow can be arranged for public sector and critical infrastructure projects and is assessed case by case.
Is there a pilot discount?
Early reference projects receive up to 40% off the Plant package, in exchange for a written reference and permission to publish a case study.
